Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  • Non returnable items:

    • Custom-made or personalized furniture

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at contact@faliving.ae or call +971 527728303  to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company first before contacting us.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@faliving.ae within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
